Shipping and Delivery

We offer Domestic shipping within Australia using Australia Post.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Regular Post - $15 (3 to 10 business days)

Express Post - $20 (2 to 5 business days)

When dispatched from Knit Stitch Knot, you'll receive tracking information for your parcel. You can then track your parcel via the Australia Post website. It's not unusual for expected delivery dates from Australia Post to be missed. If your parcel has not been received within a reasonable period of time after the due delivery date, you should lodge an enquiry with Australia Post as the first step. Once your parcel has left Knit Stitch Knot we have no control over when its delivered.
